Divorce

We represent clients throughout the divorce process, whether you choose to mediate, collaborate or go to court.  Our services are designed to create a better life for you and your children.

Mediation

Mediation gives you and your spouse the opportunity to negotiate a settlement in a structured setting with a trained facilitator. The mediation process encourages cooperation and removes the uncertainty associated with going to court.

Our attorneys are trained mediators who also represent mediating clients.   We understand how the court system works and can help you anticipate how to resolve future issues without using the Court.  We can help you prepare for mediation, and attend mediation sessions with you if needed.

Collaborative Practice

Our attorneys are also trained in Collaborative Practice which focuses on cooperation instead of going to court.

Client Reviews

Sally Rutzky – A Strong and Steady Force

Sally Rutzky has a special place in my heart for the work she does in general and for the wonderful way she worked with me, and for me, through my divorce.  I so appreciated how hard Sally worked on the issues around my divorce and how conscientious she was/is, as an attorney and as a person…

All through this intense work, Sally helped me with staying focused and grounded.  She did this by being patient, thoughtful, reasonable, and caring, even when issues coming from my former husband and his attorney felt almost unbearable to me.  Sally was a strong and steady force for me and I so appreciated the strength, intelligence and experience she brought to my divorce case.

Sally worked very hard for me while maintaining a sense of reasonableness and fairness throughout and I would without reservation recommend Sally to anyone seeking an attorney for their divorce.

Naomi J. Woloshin – Delivered everything as promised

Naomi Woloshin was a pleasure to work with.  She handled an uncontested but financially complex divorce for me.  During the consultation, I described the type of legal support I wanted, and this is exactly what she delivered.  She guided me through the process and was always available when I had questions.  The case was completed on time and without complication.  She set a very reasonable retainer for the case, and then completed the work with $$ to spare!  The support staff in her office is also very helpful.  I enthusiastically recommend Naomi Woloshin.
